daily exercises I must do to stay fit

10 POINTS! What are some daily exercises I must do to stay fit and healthy?
I am only 14, but yeah, some people my age would have their daily exercises. Ex: crunches, sit ups, jumping jacks, etc.

I used to have thin legs and a flat stomach but I guess the carbs are just increasing. What are the results of these exercises and what must I eat and must not? Add more tips to stay fit please :)

Well first of all, just stay off the carbs! Eat more green vegetables. Plenty of fruit. To keep the wight off from all over the body, go running.

walk 3 to 4 km per day baby then u can get fit
its best exercise for girls nothing more is needed to do
drink pelnty of water it really keeps ur healthy

Billy Blanks Taebo you can find his dvds at wal-mart. I use to be heavy and husky now I am just average skinny, i have a flatter stomahc than your typical average joe but I am not a male model. Billy Blanks helped me out a lot and got me off of high blood presure medicine. I use to be 200 lbs now fluctuate between 130-140!

eat 3 healthy meals a day, breakfast, dinner, lunch and try including at least 1 piece of friut or veg with each meal. during the day snack on fruit or yoghurt. try walking for a few days for 15 minutes and gradually increase your time and speed, start off with a slow walk, then fast walk, then slog jog and so on ....
lunges are great for toning thigh muscles and sit ups are good if you want a flat stomach. do the same with those excercises as you do with the walking, like increase your time and the amount of reps you do!
